I wish to speak to someone

My login details are not being accepted
You must login using either your email address and password. You can request a password reminder via the link.
You don’t accept my debit/credit card or cheque payment
We accept the following payment methods: Debit cards (no surcharge), Visa MasterCard Amex and Paypal (2% surcharge), Bank Transfer, cheque (in GBP), cash. Unfortunately we do not accept Diners Club. If you wish to pay by another means please email email@example.com.
I have been debited the wrong amount
If you believe you have been incorrectly debited, call 01438 312661or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate and refund where necessary.
I can’t find the item I am searching for
Common reasons may include:
* Your search words may differ from those in our stock list Tip: try phrasing it differently
* Our data may not correspond to the field searches you have selected. Tip: Try entering additional search words the information in the search field.
*Your item is not included in currently available information, i.e. we have none in stock at the moment Tip: Try again in a few days or register with us via our ‘Wants List’ function to be notified of items that arrive in future.
*You have clicked the View button next to View all items in basket instead of the one next to price range
My purchase hasn’t arrived yet
Check your confirmation email for the date of your order. Email email@example.com to ask whether your item has been dispatched.
I was charged a credit card surcharge when I used my debit card
If you feel you have been incorrectly debited, call 01438 312661 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate and refund where necessary.
I’ve been charged postage twice
Postage is charged for each order made on our website. If you wish to order multiple items, please do so in one transaction to avoid being charged postage for multiple items.
I’m worried about security of payments
Our payment system is highly secure and run by Streamline payment processing. For telephone payments your details are entered directly in to the card machine and deleted immediately after use and not shown to staff or any third party. If you are concerned about security please call 01438 312661 and we can take your payment manually.
Is the item I want to buy still available?
All items on our website are available subject to prior purchase. We endeavour to remove any sold items immediately but this may not always viable. Notices will be displayed if there is a risk of this occurrence. If you purchase an item which is subsequently found to have been sold, you will be given a full and immediate refund and be contacted by us. If in any doubt please email email@example.com
